We’re On the Hunt for A New CEO

Our CEO, Andy, is leaving us for pastures new, so we need to find a new CEO to join our team.

We won’t lie, he’s going to be a hard act to follow, but we’re sure the right person is out there.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit group who care passionately about supporting individuals and communities served by the social housing sector, through our grant-making activities.

Andy says: “It has been a real honour to have led Longleigh over the past five years as we have developed our grant-making track record, built a small but dedicated team and established the infrastructure to take us on the next stages of the journey. The needs upon which Longleigh was established to address remain with us today as individuals, families and communities adapt to a post-pandemic world and struggle with the cost-of-living challenges. I wish the new CEO all the very best in taking Longleigh to new heights.”

Fiona Ellison, Longleigh Chair, says: “We are looking for someone with the vision and ambition to lead Longleigh. We’ve made great strides in the past five years and are looking forward to continuing to help as many people as possible. Working for equality and valuing diversity, with a particular focus on the social and economic inclusion of disadvantaged people, our new CEO will embody our values of being compassionate, collaborative, agile, insightful and ethical. This is a role that requires pragmatism and the foresight to realise our mission of transforming lives.”
