Celebrating Change, Sharing Impact

Our strategy

A foundation for purposeful impact

We believe everyone living in social housing should have the opportunity to thrive, on their own terms. Our 2025–2028 strategy sets out how we will work towards that vision.

Our strategy focuses on three core goals:

Innovate to deliver even more meaningful impact

We will deliver greater impact through resident-led funding, research, and co-created programmes.

Increase our reach by diversifying our funding

We are diversifying our funding base and strengthening relationships with partners who share our values.

Equip ourselves to deliver lasting change

We will invest in our people, technology, and governance.

Across all three goals, we will test new ideas, listen to lived experience, and learn what works.

Our annual review and statutory accounts show how this strategy is being put into practice. They highlight the progress we’ve made over the past year and provide a clear picture of how our priorities are shaping our work.
