I work as Chief Executive of Longleigh Foundation, leading the organisation’s work to tackle poverty and inequality across the social housing sector through grant-making, research and community investment.
I work closely with the team, trustees and partners to shape Longleigh’s strategy and ensure we deliver practical support alongside influencing longer-term change.
A key part of my role is building relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration, particularly around lived experience, social justice and improving opportunities for people facing financial hardship.
I’m especially interested in making funding more accessible, inclusive and person-centred, and ensuring the voices and experiences of the people we support help shape both our approach and the systems that impact their lives.
