Latest grants data published through the 360Giving
We’re pleased to share the latest update to our grants data, published in line with the 360Giving open data standard.
Transparency is an important part of effective grant-making, so by publishing our data openly, we want to help build a better understanding of how grant funding supports social housing residents and contribute to learning across the funding and housing sectors.
The latest dataset covers grants awarded between January and July 2025, during which we:
- Awarded 417 grants
- Distributed £378,042 in funding
The publication also includes data from previous reporting periods, providing a picture of how our grant-making has developed over time.
What the data tells us
Our grants respond to a wide range of practical needs. Some provide immediate help with everyday essentials, while others fund larger items that help people establish or maintain a safe and secure home.
Across this reporting period, individual grants ranged from:
- £50 for emergency travel costs
- £2,735 for flooring to help make a home safe, warm and comfortable
These figures show the range of support provided through our grants programme and the different circumstances people experience when applying for help.
Supporting openness across the sector
360Giving is the UK’s open data standard for grant-making. Publishing our data in this format allows funders, researchers, charities and policymakers to review funding trends, compare data across organisations and identify where support is being provided.
By making our grants data openly available, we hope it contributes to greater transparency, shared learning and evidence-informed decision-making across the social housing and charitable sectors.
