Transparent by Numbers: May Edition

Every month, we share a snapshot of how our grants are helping social housing residents. In May, we supported more people than any other month this year! This shows the dedication of our referral partners and the strength of our collective partnership
Here’s how we did in May:
- 73 individual grants approved: The highest number so far this year
- £1,097 average grant value: Providing meaningful help where it’s needed most
- 100% customer satisfaction: Everyone we supported said they were happy with our service
- 100% training satisfaction: Colleagues told us the training delivered met all their needs
- £1,049 average financial gain per person: Delivered through Clean Slate’s employment and money guidance support
- 13 emotional wellbeing referrals: Referred to Kaleidoscope Group, staying above our monthly target
- 92% conversion rate into counselling: Most people who are referred go on to receive help
Each number tells a story of someone facing a challenging time, who found the right support at the right moment.
Our Individual Grants Officer Ingrid received an email of thanks from a Grantee:
“Hi Ingrid, thank you very much for the positive news regarding the hardship grant. I appreciate all the support. Thanks.”
Tessa, who is also our Individual Grants Officer shared the highlight of her week when a Grantee emailed in to say:
“You’ve been so so helpful honestly I can’t thank you enough! I appreciate everything you’ve done for me it’s really been beneficial to my new chapter, especially through the hardships during the change of circumstances.”
