Grantees Share Their Experiences with Longleigh

A word cloud in the shape of a speech bubble contains various positive words and phrases in different sizes and colours. Prominent words include "thank you," "grateful," "helpful," "quick," "great," "friendly," "understanding," "support," "professional," and "mental health." The Longleigh Foundation logo is positioned in the top right corner. The words appear in shades of blue, yellow, maroon, and grey.

We asked our grantees what they thought of us, and the results are in! Hearing directly from the individuals we support helps us improve and ensure we are offering the best possible service and experience. We put our feedback forms through a word cloud generator, and the responses were overwhelmingly positive. We were honoured to receive such positive feedback on the support we provide. It’s reassuring to know that our approach is working and that we’re making a real difference. It also reinforces that we’re on the right track and can continue with confidence!

From the first point of contact, we do our best to make every interaction helpful, kind, and professional. Grantees described our support as efficient, patient, and accommodating, with clear, high-quality advice at every step.

We understand that being referred for support can feel overwhelming, so we’re proud to provide a service that’s not just fast and informative but also human and compassionate.

Our recent customer satisfaction survey revealed that 93% of Stonewater customers were satisfied with our individual grant programme. Additionally, 95.8% of customers found our criteria and application process clear and transparent, and 80.8% felt well informed during the application process.

One hardship grant recipient, Lyndsay, shared:

“Going to be GUTTED when I’m done with the vouchers as I won’t get to contact you. You have been AMAZING you really have. I’d love to meet you to say thank you, but I know that won’t happen. Just know you have made my life this last month so much easier. I will forever be grateful for everything you do and have done. I know it’s your job but you are truly truly lovely.”

Team Longleigh is absolutely delighted with the feedback, but we know there is always room for improvement. As always, we remain committed to listening, adapting, and evolving to ensure our services continue to meet the needs of the individuals we support. Our grantees’ feedback reflects this commitment, highlighting the positive impact of our empathetic approach.

If you have collaborated with us, we’d love to hear your thoughts! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continue to improve and provide the best possible support.
